Typically 25–45 days depending on mold complexity and size. DFM report is delivered within 2 working days of receiving drawings, and T1 samples follow shortly after mold completion.
Yes. We have exported molds to more than 30 countries across Europe, the Americas and Southeast Asia. Molds are shipped with anti-rust treatment in export-grade wooden cases, by sea or air under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
We are ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified. For automotive programs we run APQP, PPAP and FMEA. Every mold ships with full-dimension CMM inspection reports, trial videos and material certificates.
Yes. We operate injection machines from 90T to 1300T for in-house T0/T1 trials and can support low-to-mid volume production runs. Sample parts are shipped together with inspection reports for your approval before mold dispatch.
We sign NDAs on request, restrict drawing access to the project team only, and never manufacture or sell customer-proprietary parts to third parties. Tooling ownership always belongs to the customer.
